Nadia Daggett
Broker/CEO
Nadia Daggett is the Broker and CEO of Investing N Florida, LLC, with over 20 years of experience in real estate. Holding a certificate in the Art of Negotiation, Nadia brings essential skills to the investment property market. In 2018, her video and article on corporate rentals went viral and remain widely viewed.
A Tampa Bay native, Nadia grew up in Pinellas County and spent her early years at LaFleur’s Gymnastics, eventually becoming a state champion in springboard diving during her high school years. She graduated from USF in 2001, where she was involved with AFROTC and the Women’s Sailing Team. In 2002, Nadia moved to Hawaii to pursue graduate studies in business and started working in the real estate industry as a loan officer and financial planner on the sunny island of Oahu.
In 2005, Nadia moved to Alaska, where she launched her own mortgage brokerage in the Kenai Peninsula. While expanding her career in real estate, she also supported her husband in establishing a joint general contracting business. Through this venture, they undertook a variety of construction projects, including building hangars, homes, and rehabilitating hospitals, retail spaces, and multifamily properties. They also installed over 30 wind turbines across Alaska, enabling off-grid residents to generate their own power. One notable client was Alaska Airlines, for whom they installed a high producing wind turbine that continues to operate in Nome, Alaska.
Further, Nadia began investing in real estate and launched her first short-term rental business in Nikiski. As clients sought her guidance on real estate investments, she quickly expanded into consulting for both real estate and short-term rentals. This led her to a full-time career in real estate, where she became one of the early advocates for corporate rentals, even before platforms like Airbnb existed—a strategy she still advises on today.
With over 20 years in the industry, Nadia has completed thousands of diverse transactions, including corporate rentals, Airbnb properties, private notes, and more.
She returned to Tampa in 2016, where she managed over 70 agents as the broker for Graystone Investment Group. Now, as the CEO of Investing N Florida, she is dedicated to training investors and agents in investment strategies, negotiation, and portfolio growth through corporate rentals. When asked why she returned to Tampa, Nadia says simply, “Because this is home.”
