Makena Cornelius is a Tampa-based Sales Associate with a strong foundation in marketing and business development. Before beginning her real estate career, she specialized in marketing, combining digital strategy with traditional outreach- an experience that led her to launch her own marketing company and further refine her expertise in branding and client relations.
Makena graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing. There she served as President of the Business Development Club, helping foster professional collaboration between students and local organizations.
Originally from Kansas City, Makena moved to Tampa after falling in love with the community’s energy and opportunity. She brings a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to real estate, with a particular focus on investment and corporate rental programs.
