He has trained hundreds of professionals in structured, results-driven sales techniques and has led international teams with a focus on strategic growth and performance.
In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Civitillo is deeply involved in academic development. He currently serves as the Faculty Coordinator of the Business Development Club at the University of South Florida and coaches all of USF’s student sales competition teams. Just recently, he was honored as the 2025 Outstanding Student Organization Advisor for the entire university.
